Five simple steps to your event

Submit an application
Fill out the request form below with your date, event type, and guest count.

Pay the $50 application fee
Send $50 by Zelle so we can hold your requested date while we review.

We contact you
A board member reaches out within a few days to schedule a walk-through.

Sign the rental agreement
Once approved, we send a simple contract and collect the security deposit.
- 5
Confirmed and ready
You're on the calendar. We hand off keys and setup notes before your event.
A warm, ready-to-host space
Contact us if you have questions about capacity, catering setup, or accessibility. We're happy to schedule a walk-through.
- Main gathering hall with tables and chairs
- Kitchen / serving area for catered or family-style meals
- Restrooms and coat area
- Parking onsite
- House rules provided at booking (no smoking, respectful cleanup)
Submit the $50 application fee by Zelle after (or with) your application below. The security deposit and rental fee are collected separately once your event is approved.
